How are your products made?

Every artkohaus product is made especially for you after your order is placed. This made-to-order approach helps reduce overproduction and waste while ensuring each piece is created just for you.

Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?

We do our best to ensure our product photos accurately represent each design. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device’s screen settings, brightness, and display calibration. Because every item is professionally printed, slight variations between what you see on screen and the final printed product are normal and are not considered defects.

These subtle differences are part of the printing process and help make each artkohaus piece uniquely yours.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, artkohaus ships within the United States and Canada only. We’re currently focused on providing the best possible experience for our customers in these regions, with plans to expand internationally in the future. Thank you for supporting artkohaus—we’re so glad you’re here.

How long does shipping take?

Every artkohaus piece is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be carefully created and fulfilled before it ships.

USA
• Flat Rate (Standard) (3-4 business days after fulfillment)
• Standard rate with CO2 offsetting (3-4 business days after fulfillment)
• Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

Canada only
• Standard DDP / Flat Rate (3-5 business days after fulfillment, up to 12 business days to the Atlantic region)

Please Note: Our shipping options are provided through our trusted fulfillment partner and are offered as flat-rate shipping methods. Depending on the product and destination, available shipping options may vary, and not every product will be eligible for expedited shipping.

Please keep in mind that the shipping times above begin after your order has been fulfilled. Since each artkohaus piece is made especially for you, please allow 2–5 business days for fulfillment before shipping begins. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, your location, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced at different fulfillment facilities and shipped separately. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days.

Don’t worry—this is completely normal. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment as it’s dispatched, so you can easily follow the progress of every package.

How about the shipping for Limited Edition products?

Our Limited Edition pieces are handmade to order and follow a separate shipping schedule from other artkohaus products.

Orders shipping within Canada are delivered via DHL or FedEx. Please note that the delivery times below refer to transit time after your order has been manufactured and dispatched. Manufacturing time is not included in these estimates.

Most Limited Edition products are typically ready to ship within approximately 48 hours or in 2 to 4 days. However, as each piece is handmade to order, production times may vary.
