At artkohaus, many of our pieces are made to order just for you. We work with carefully selected production and fulfillment partners to bring our original patterns to life across a range of products.
Because items may be produced at different facilities, production times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates can vary by product.
Where We Ship
artkohaus currently ships to addresses within Canada and the United States only.
We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future as artkohaus grows.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Most artkohaus products are made to order and typically require approximately 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment before they are ready to ship.
Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time and may vary depending on the product, production location, order volume, and time of year.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Shipping Within Canada & the United States
Shipping options and estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment location.
Typical shipping options may include:
- Standard / Flat Rate Shipping: approximately 3–4 business days after fulfillment
- Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days after fulfillment, when available
Please note that not every shipping method is available for every product. Some items may only qualify for Flat Rate Shipping based on the production facility fulfilling your order.
The shipping methods and rates available for your specific order will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping on Limited Edition products
Our Limited Edition pieces are handmade to order and follow a separate shipping schedule from other artkohaus products.
Orders shipping within Canada and the U.S. are delivered via DHL or FedEx. Please note that the delivery times below refer to transit time after your order has been manufactured and dispatched. Manufacturing time is not included in these estimates.
Most Limited Edition products are typically ready to ship within approximately 48 hours or in 2 to 5 business days. However, as each piece is handmade to order, production times may vary.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the product and delivery method selected and may vary from the starting rates shown above. The applicable shipping options and final cost will be displayed at checkout.
Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of artkohaus’ control.
Multiple & Partial Shipments
Because artkohaus works with different production partners and fulfillment facilities, items within the same order may occasionally be produced and shipped separately.
This means your order may arrive in more than one package and on different delivery dates. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment when available.
If part of your order arrives before the rest, don’t worry—the remaining pieces may simply be travelling from another fulfillment location.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided with your shipping confirmation are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Production times, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside the control of artkohaus may affect delivery.
Depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination, please allow up to approximately 4 weeks for your order to arrive before considering it significantly delayed.
Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Because many artkohaus products enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once your order has entered production or fulfillment.
Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges to be sent again.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not claimed or accepted and are subsequently returned to the fulfillment facility may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier promptly if you experience any issues with delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbours, and contact the shipping carrier first.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact artkohaus as soon as possible so we can help investigate the shipment with the appropriate fulfillment or shipping partner.
Claims for packages believed to be lost in transit should be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or other high-volume periods, production and shipping may take longer than usual.
If you’re ordering an artkohaus piece for a special occasion, we recommend ordering early whenever possible.
